Dainty Designs
For your livejournal-esque journal

Designs can be used so long as the following terms of service, conditions, rules, etc, are observered:

1. All styles are the sole intellectual property of Dainty Designs. Dainty Designs holds all copyright information on complete peices of said work, unless otherwise stated.
2. No part of the work can be altered, changed, or edited in any form.
3. The copyright/layout information section must remain intact (coinsides with #2)
4. No peice of the work in question can be reposted, redistributed, reproduced, or otherwise displayed in any fashion other than through explicit permission of Dainty Designs.
5. A comment is placed in the appropriate post, stating that you, the user, would desire permission to use the appropriate work.
6. All instructions provided by Dainty_Design (LJ+GJ), Sunsmoon (LJ+GJ), or Estrela (GJ) are followed out completely.
7. The modify journal/style edit+create (paid accounts only) pages are somewhat understood (ie: how to make a style, or insert custom journal coding)
8. You, the user, do not attempt to claim any work contained within as your own. (I do not want to have to resort to putting © dainty designs http://dainty.dreamshards.net the size of africa on anything)
9. Content contained within can and will be offensive to many people. Use caution when viewing behind cut tags.
10. The users of the product add dainty_design to their friends list, and keep this journal added to the list permenantly. This goes for each and every journal a user has that will be/is using, or has used, any work contained herein.

Consider yourself warned. These terms are out where anyone can read them. If you can not follow any one of them, even if it's just as simple as disobeying #2 and changing the size of something, do not add this journal to your friends list, and forget it ever existed.

You should feel privelaged that you have the ability to see the work contained within.
